| The Law Offices of Bagia & Associates is a full service immigration
firm with three attorneys, five paralegals and two administrative
personnel. The staff speak a wide variety of languages including Spanish,
Russian, Indonesian, Mandarin, French, Hindi and Gujarati and provide
excellent, professional legal services to their clients. |

| The firm represents individuals and businesses in all facets of
immigration related matters including securing employment and family
based visas, asylum matters, DV Lottery, citizenship and naturalization,
adoption, removal (deportation) and federal court litigation. We specialize
in the processing of legal permanent residence through labor certification
and national interest waivers. We are experienced in a full range
of litigation matters, removal proceedings and asylum applications
in Court and with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service. |

| We have years of successful experience with employment-based immigration
petitions involving both nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions and
applications. Our clients include a wide range of corporations –

includes a full time receptionist who personally answers your calls
without the annoyance of an automated voice mail system. We pride
ourselves in speaking directly to our clients and offering each
